I m a persuing dentist. .my husband works as general sales manager in a reputed cars company that is talwar volvo cars at banajara hills...now the case has been put for arguement..his income is 50000 per month...no dependants...own house..how should we argue...how much will be the maintenance granted to me..

Your (wife’s) estate/property, income may also be considered………..
You may go thru CrPC;125…………..and judgments from Apex Court…………..
