my wife has submitted my bank statement in court without my knowledge in maintainence case ,she got it thru some of her friend ,what action i cn take against her

What is the opinion of your own lawyer through whom you are fighting the case?
Otherwise, even if your statement is correct, particularly in the existing maintenance case, you can't even ask for the source of receipt of your bank statement. She can even acquire your IT return from the IT department through RTI. What you propose to do, if there is a wide difference between your return and the bank statement? Have you have not given thought over that aspect.

i was just wondering that is it not a theft of my property ,my bank statement being produced at will by her ,some one in the bank must hv been given the same .as far my interest is concerned obviously its compromised .

Lodge complaint with the Bank and ask to take action against the defaulting employee.
Bank can not disclose the details of Bank account to third person.
