Mai ek ladke k saath last 3 years se relationship me thii usne mujhse saadi ka promis kiya tha or mere or uske parents v agree the saadi k liye uske baad wo mujhe physical hone k liye force krta tha , pahle maine mana kiya bt usne kaafi convince kiya to mai maan gyii hm physical hone lge , uske baad mai pregnant v hui to usne mera abortion kra diya ye bol k ki hm dono avi capable nhii ha baby k liye jab achhi job hogi or saadi ho jayegi tb krenge, last year se wo mujhse kisi na kisi baat k liye jhagra krne lga or fir kahne lga ki wo mere se saadi nhii kr skta ha maine use bohot smjhane ki kosis bt fir v wo nhii maana , lastly maine case krne ka decide kiya pahle to police mera case le hi nhii rahi thi ulte mujhe hi kaafi kuchh sunaya , finally last november me mera case file hua or uspe 376 charge lga, session court me usne bail file kiya to reject hua ha , to kya high court me uska bail ho skta ha? Ladke ki family strong ha or unke kaafi contacts ha , or mai akele hi fight kr rahi hu, mere parents kaafi old age ha ,

Or jo session me usne bail file kiya ha usme usne octoberme kisi or ladki k saath court marriage kiya ha wo lgaya ha or mujhe characterless bola ha , to kya aese me mujhe justice milega? I m so much harrashed

Aek academic query ko bahut achchi story ki shakal de di hai, Bahut badhia kar diya! Seedha sawaal hi poochch leti section 376 mein bail reject ho jaane par High Court se bail mil jayegi kya.
Case register ho gaya, ab aapki koi smasya nahin rahi.
Apni smasya ki baat karti to samajh aata. aap toh ladke ki bail ke baare mein poochch rahi hain jisko aapne khud rape mein fasaa diya.

Academic query is not ruled out. You have not sought advice on any personal problem. Opposite party gets bail or not is not your problem.
However, even if some truth is there in your statement, why you are worried about the bail of the opposite party? Irrespective of whether, he gets bail or not, fight your case on merits of the case. To be frank, even otherwise also, it is not a case of rape, when nothing was against your consent and wishes. So, how your case was registered by the police is really surprising.

Or mai darr rahi hu kyu ki aapne hi kaha ki aesa case nhii hota , or bohot log bol rhe ha ki jab uska bail ho k wo niklega to mujhe or meri family ko nhii chhorga wese hi pahle se mai mentally or physically bohot harrash ho chuki hu , or agr aesa case hota hi nhii ha to police ne case kese file kar liya?

The other party is very strong as you state and you're from Patna, Bihar where political high-ups and rich can cause any harm, so the first thing ask for protection from the court where the other party, accused and his parents etc be given clear instructions not to interfere in your personal life, put pressure through anti-social elements and bring physical harm to you and your parents.
Rest this is a State Criminal Complaint case where the Police will get you appropriate justice, you must stand strong against all wrongs committed by the accused during all these years. There will also be pressure on you to marry him and get him out of the criminal charges but you must not agree for it immediately. Let him serve jail sentence as and when awarded to him if found guilty of charges of rape u/s 376IPC and after that the marriage proposal can be considered.

Yadi aap yahan poochche gaye simple questions ka uttar nahin de paa rahi to wahan aapke opponent vakil ke questions ka kya uttar de payengi, jo aapko badchalan sabit karne par tul jayega? Woh vakil aapki izzat ka kachra bhi kar sakata hai.

Remember one thing rape can never be with consent that too for three years in continuation.
Apparently, your question gives impression as if you wanted to find solution to your academic query about bail in rape case. Had you been worried about your own case, you could have asked about your own problem, if any you could face in the present case. When you have been successful in getting the report registered you could have been concerned about your own allegations. How you could prove that nobody would tell you, but you have to prove at your own. Mind it, case being your own, only you will have to prove, not the other party to disprove that.
