409,468,471 & 477A of IPC

i work in a state government office, where violation of above sections are frequent. i want to make complain against such practices.can i write a letter to my superior officer to take action as i strongly believe that such things are happening?

You can write but keep in mind that unill and unless some favourable person in the higher offices is not in supportive mood with you till then do not start such things because you are serving person and you know consequences.

yes you can write. but not to direct HOD. and you ve to face future consequences as per opined by Mr Makkad. I really appreciate your dare against the corruortion.

I HAVE SUBMITTED A REQUEST TO MY IMMEDIATE SUPERIOR OFFICER TO ENQUIRE ABOUT THE MATTERS U/S MENTIONED ABOVE & PUNISH THE CULPRITS, THOUGH I KNOW VERY WELL THAT HE IS ALSO INVOLVED & CAN NOT ESCAPE.
MATERIAL DOCUMENTS OF FORGERY, FALSE ACCOUNTS, FALSE MASTER ROLLS, SAME T.A. BILLS SHOWN 4 TIMES IN THE ACCOUNT WITH FALSE RECIPIENT ETC. ARE SO NAKED & PLENTY IN HIS OFFICE THAT NONE CAN HIDE OR VANISH.
NOW I SHALL FORWARD THE SAME REQUEST TO HIGHER OFFICIALS ONE ABOVE ANOTHER.
ONLY WEAPON THEY HAVE AGAINST ME IS TRANSFER. IF THEY DO THAT,
I SHALL HAVE TO EXPEDITE MY MISSION. AND Iâ€™LL ESTABLISH THAT, AS BECAUSE I AM TRYING TO RECOVER GOVT MONEY THEY ARE TRANSFERRING ME.
MY QUISTION ISâ€¦..
1.CAN I APPROACH TO P.S. OR COURT PRAYING INVESTIGATION TO A STATE GOVT. OFFICE TO DETECT OFFENCES U/S MENTIONED ABOVE?
2.AS A STATE GOVT. SERVANT HOW TO OBTAIN PERMISSION FROM MY DEPTT. FOR LODGING SUCH COMPLAINT.
3.ACTUALLY IN WHAT WAY I SHOULD MOVE FORWARD TO SEND THE CULPRITS BEHIND THE BAR?
4.THE AMOUNT OF GOVT MONEY STOLEN IS NOT LESS THAN 50 LAKHS PER ANNUM FOR 3 YEARS.

A complaint to the Vigilance Department of your office may be made.

A complaint to the Vigilance Department of the police may be made.

Sanction for prosecution under section 197 of the CR. P. C. may be sought.
