Non bailable warrant against non payment

If they have filed in the court, after making the payment also should i appear in the court, i am at chennai, they told that they are going to file case at bangalore, they told that if they filed case against me today, i should appear in police station tomorrow, otherwise they will instruct to chennai police to arrest me, is there any chance to do such things..

Record all such calls and discuss with elders of your family, well wishers, mediators, seasoned PIP known to you and get proper legal opinion from a very able LOCAL senior counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in criminal matters and well versed with latest citations, LOCAL applicable rules/laws and having successful track record…. and worth his/her salt ..
Your counsel shall examine all docs, records, inputs and advise you properly.
Once you have such counsel by your side you need not worry.

Its better you approach a local good Advocate and take precautionary steps not to get arrested.Please don't issue any post dated cheque which may land you in trouble.
