My ancestral property which was not transferred neither by my grandfather nor my father to others.The property belongs to my great-grand father and he also not transferred to others. Even though,the Settlement Fair Adan gals and 1B records changed.Then,procedure to file criminal case against the fraudulent owners of thew land and jurisdiction of High-Court is applicable?

Whether the property is agriculture land or some other ?
You need not apply for transfer of ancestral property, if agriculture land it is incumbent upon revenue authorities to transfer .

Similarly other part of the post is vague.

Can you clarify, when not transferred to any other name by any of your ancestors, how the third party could get hold of the possession of the land?

You can file your compliant to local police station if records are tempered otherwise you can file case before tahsildar or collector.
