how can i get approval for practice as advocate from BAR counsil with practice as CA ?
ICAI allow CA to practice as ca & advocate simultaneously.

first of all its BAR COUNCIL not BAR COUNSIL.
the Advocate's Act prohibits pursuing two professions simultaneously, so the Bar Council will not provide you any license to practice as a lawyer if you are working as a CA simultaneously.

Yes, but every educated citizen in the country who has the capability to carry out multifarious tasks should fight out and seek amendment in the said provisions of Advocates Act which is unreasonable. There are many Doshis and Loganathans in the society who have to forcefully confine to a single profession just because there is no statutory support. Legal fraternity should understand the fact that it would be just an exercise of Intellectual skills by such double professionals who will never compete with the established elites in the society. After all, the same is allowed for politicians. I fully support Mr.Doshi in all his 'double' endeavours.
