Dear sir.
I have completed B.COM(H)from d.u. I want to do LLB. In U.P (CCS UNIVERSITY) provide LLB degree for a enterance test but its a formality . All colleges under this university provide direct admission or says confirm admission .
so my query is LLB degree provided this colleges under CCSU value in as per law & is there any problem in registration for enrolment as an advocate. can i do this university for LLB cource .
Plz. suggest me

Dear Ashish,
In your view it may be a formality but still the person who intends to seek admission for LL B courses has to sit and clear the enterance exam. Please cross check at the Bar council site whether the CCS university is approved for granting of Law degree by UGC in this regard
