Given in this situation
1) Complainant filed 498a in a PS
2) Respondant obtained AB in HC, AP.
3) Accused #1 to appear in PS every week
4) No mention by court how many weeks?
Is there not any liability to PS to report to court about the case by chargesheet?
If yes In how much time normally the PS can take from FIR to Chargesheet?
Few weeks or months or years? For sure PS cant hold for years together! right?
If they hold on, whats the way out?
Experts Please give vaulable suggestion.

The direction to make attendance in the PS is only set by the Magistrate or the HC which grants the bail. If there is no such direction for the time of such compliance then apply before that court for its waiver or modification.
The submission of chargesheet depends upon the particular IO. If there is inordinate delay then appropriate petition for submission of chargesheet can be filed before the court so that it may pass necessary order.
