Pratik,
Juvenile Justice Act is meant for the children those who have not complited 18 yers of age. If they have been implicated in any criminal case than they will be tried underthe said act before a Juvenile court. If they will be convicted than they be release under Probation offeders Act or may be sent to a Probation Hostel or juvenile homes(jails meant for childeren). Mainly the view of the court will linient towards Juveniles. Probation offenders act is mean for convicts those who are in tendering age and first offenders and have involved in minor offences etc. By using the provisions of Probation offenders act the court can releses the convict without sending him to the jail.

Juvenile justice Act is applicable only to juveniles. While probation of offenders Act is much wider in sense.
