I reside in Mumbai have sold goods worth Rs.3L to dealer in Bangalore

he has bounced the chq for 3L also.

he has filed in solvency in civil court of Bangalore

Civil court of Bangalore has informed to be present on 12/11/2010

how to proceed further, what will be the court fees for the same.

can we file the case in Mumbai

The insolvency proceedings takes some time to get disposed of. If you are added as a party then you have to appear to lay your claim. In the alternative, file a cheque bouncing case in mumbai. There is no certainty that the borrower would be adjudged as insolvent.

the IP Petitioner may allow the IP dismissed in default or the he may not be declared as insolvent .
