Respected sir,
Can i purchage agriculure land.agricultre land is selling in Bannerghatta circle.owner selling a site by 30*40.but registration is happening in Guntas as well as survey no.in one survey there are many site.how i know where is my land.honer is kept on telling you can make a boundry accouring site no.but in paper dosent show my site no.what i will do.he is asking for huge amount for registration.

Better approach your Tehasildr's office and ascertain the position. They should be in a position to throw some light on the matter.

you can take the SAJRA PLAIN of the village in which all the nos. are mentioning in that village.

Better you can meet your village administrative officer, along with a surveyor.. Give a requestiation letter to tashildar to appoint a surveyor to fix the boundary lines.. Its wil be chargeable..

Get a Layout copy showing all the sub-divisions of all the plots.
Tthe seller has to lay boundary stonesfor all the plots.
With the help of layout and the boundary stones, you can easily find your plot
