what are the rights of daughters under hindu succession act? what are the rights of childs of second legal wife under hindu succession act?as second wife come into existence after death of first?
there are two daughters from second wife and 1 son from first wife?both the wives dead.property is ancestral and self owened by father.father is also dead?please clear my concepts?waiting for replys from wise peoples.........

All the three surviving children i.e. son from the first wife, and two daughters from the second wife will get equal share i.e. 1/3 each from the property - since all the mothers have died and even the father had died.

The 2 daughters also also legal heirs.. If they are 2nd wife's daughters also they can claim their rights for father's property.
