My friends wife is not ready to live with him. At the same time she is not ready for divorce.
She is torturing him like anything...She already file case against them(506a). it is pending.
We are planning to ask him to get married with another girl without any evidence.
My question is , if he stays with her(newly married lady), will there any problem? we are planning to tell she is staying with them to take care of her old mother.
Pz let me know you suggestions.

If yout friend marries another girl wthout divorcng his wife, your friend would be criminally prosecuted for bigamy.

Yes,He can stay but it will be presume that he is living adulterouus life with that lady.

If a man and woman want to live together, no one can stopped them. However, whether such relations are legal or illegal, This is the question. In the present case the living with another lady amounts to bigamy as well as adultery under the law, which are criminal offences and the persons are liable for punishment.

It will not be an adulterous life if the other lady in question is either unmarried / divorcee or a widow. But marrying another lady, before getting divorce from the first marriage, as rightly pointed out by Mr. Devajyoti would be a criminal offence of 'bigamy' and the man concerned will be in deep trouble.
