I want to know the current status of my notary application which was sent by me throught Hon'ble District Judge, Pune. That further procedure to know what is procedure. Wheather there is any website to check on line status.

Not every infromation remains available on the net unless the concerned department gives such information through its wesite. You better get in touch with the concerned office to get its update.
