can govt employed lady earning Rs. 20,000/- per month can claim maintenance as her husband earning double u/s crpc 125 by showing her income in petition u/s crpc 125

This question can be properly advised only after knowing of the full fact as the it will depend on various factors. However, keeping in view of earning of the wife only, I am of the opinion that she is not entitled.
