This is the query regarding S.R.A
DCR 33(10)

we are staying in the S.R.A declared chawls in the heart of mumbai

A reputed builder is oferring 450 sqft flat under redevelopment

As per my knowledge under S.R.A a builder cannot give more than 269/350sq ft whereas this builder is offering 450sqft but with the normal notary agrreemnt

my query is:
1)Can the builder provide us 450sq ft flat in S.R.A in DCR33(10) is it possible
2)He is giving normal agreement of notary not the stamp duty registered agreement is it worth
can we go ahead with the normal notary agreement
3)people in our slum are not understanding and 70% have given their consent wht can we do please help
