Divorce matter

My wife left the house without telling me and filed a divorce as per muslim law. We are shia's. This has been over a year and the case is still pending in the family court.
As she has left me and as per shia law could I have an affair with another lady. Would it affect the case.

she is doing legally so you must go legally, if she is going as per shia law, you can married any one.

AS per Muslim Law, you are free to marry with any other lady during the trial of petition before FC.
