Sir
1) The marriage is performed by a wife by giving false certificate.

2) if the wife files 498a and DV cases, can the evidence of fake information given by wife be used in above cases.

3) Because the authenticity of the marriage comes under question. Can it provide relief in above caes.

which type of false certificate. If is related to her earlier subsisting marriage,i.e. if it is not dissolved, it can be taken into account otherwise it will not affect the marriage and is consequences.

no. you can not take the advantage of the false affidavit filed by your wife. But this marriage is voidable and for that you can file a suit to declare your marriage void in the court.and after that no case U/S 498-A shall be attracted. For more detail contact 9868529732
