In a Consumer Court How long will it take for the case to come up for hearing if we file.

It differs from forum to forum. In general the case gets disposed of within a year and half.

it depends on working of the court and circumstances arise during the proceedings.

It also depends on the availability of the quorum of forum members/judges. At the many consumer courts the places are vacant, pending appointment of new forum members.
