UNAUTHORISED WATER CONNECTION BY DELHI JAL BOARD

Mrs. Sudha Sachdeva has taken an unauthorised water connection on the unauthorisedly constructed extended structure on my DDA Flat's rooftop. She has got a registered agreement to sell in the name of flat 123-D which does not exist. I complained several times to DJB but they issued a challan and not disconnected the unauthorised connection. I have complained to DJB vigilance also but of no consequence. I have already filed a police complaint and a civil suit against Sudha SAchdeva for cancellation of deed and depossession. DJB officials say that they will refer the case to their law office and they will not disconnect. I have submitted RTI proofs from DDA, MCD that no such flat exists. I have submitted proof from Sub REgistrar's office RTI that their duty is only registration and buyer should take care whether the property exists or not. Lastly I have sent a legal notice to CEO of Delhi Jal Board asking them to remove the unauthorised connection and not to regularise the same. What shall I do now to get that Water connection disconnected immediately as the water seepage is causing electricity current in my flat. Please Help. Its urgent.
