my second rti appeal date clashes with high court date

my high court case is listed for hearing on the same date when the cic has fixed the second appeal date.
it shall not be possible for me to not attend the imp high court hearing.
i have sought an adjournment and also asked for video conferencing.
since the letter states that under no circumstances adjouirnaments will be allowed what recourse do i have/
do the cic people accept adjournaments in such cases

you can seek adjournment on the ground that date is fixed in high court.

we have, in P & H high court, a particular procedure to attach an adjournment slip a day prior to the hearing of the matter. Though there must be some strong reason for such slip and the opposite party has to be apprised in this regard.
so you check up with the procedure being adopted at your place for this purpose and proceed accordingly.
