retirement deed

in continuation to my query t, The said partners have received there due share and have acknowledged the same in the retirement deed and have given all the powers to the continuing partners , the point i like to ask is retirement deed has to be registered or not , moreover can we enitiate any case for damages and what other remedies we have.

Registration would be benficial. But your point is not understood, against whom you want to initiate any case for damages, when you have agreed on the retirement terms and also retired according to those terms.

Registration is not compulsory but it is advisable. Remedies depends upon the terms and condition of retirement deed.
