Dear expert please clear this aspect that some one withdrawn money from ATM of an account. Whether this crime comes within the ambit of cyber crime (IT Act) or under IPC ?

both under the it act and the indian penal code. but most important points are how the authorisation pin and atm card gone to the alleged person. whether the owner made any criminal complaint regarding any loss or not? to be decided.
