do they need any proof before filling chargesheet

what action can be taken against IO who support filing for false chargesheet.

Anonymous querist as well as academic query without stating any relation with the case!

In INTERNET there is nothing called as if one puts "Sita - Geeta NAME" it authentifies the QUERIEST and thus qualifies for a reply !

Also in legal opinion matters put in INTERNET a queriest PREFERS mostly ANONIMITY!
