we jointly booked for a commercial plaza, for which i have paid a small amount, but i am a joint applicant in the said property, which is still under bank loan .Pls advice my rights, my name occurs as co applicant and also on the loan papers of the bank

if you have contributed for the acquisition of the property and your name also appears as co applicant in loan documents, you can be treated as joint owner.

Joint applicant for what?

Who has obtained the loan on that property?
