we jointly booked for a commercial plaza, for which i have paid a small amount, but i am a joint applicant in the said property, which is still under bank loan .Pls advice my rights

YOU MAY KINDLY NOTE THAT.AS YOU ARE THE JOINT APPLICANT IN SAID PROPERTY.YOU HAVE LEGAL RIGHT.BUT THE SAID PROPERTY IS MORTGAGED WITH BANK HENCE YOU MAY KINDLY NOTE THAT ONCE THE LOAN IS REPAID THEN THE SAID PROPERTY MAY BE TRANSFERRED IN YOUR NAME.GOOD LUCK.

Despite being the co-applicant, if the property had been registered in the name of only one spouse, there will be trouble.
