in case of my divorce right of my wife and daughter over my property

sir/madam
i married 2 years before and i have a one year aged daughter. my wife wanted to take divorce from me.
five days before our family inheritance property divided and in that i got a share of 14 acres and my father 6 acres and my fathers brother 1000000/- rupees and his daughter got 500000/ rupees which is registered in sub registar office.
now my question is whetehe my wife will get share in my property? if yes can i change that deed by getting fathers property to me and my property father.

sir please dont mind my actual problem is my wife planning for divorce but not taken any steps regarding that way.
as i am the owner of the land can i sell that land to some body else?

You can sell your share , not your daughter's share.
Your wife has however no share in it no matter whether she goes for divorce or not..

so the question of taking daughter consent not arises so can i sell full property.

barman sir lastly i ask you 2 question please reply sir
1. can transfer my property to my father in exchange of their property to me now their is no divorce matter. whether my wifes permission required

2 in case of divorce in total 14 acres of land how much will go to my wife and daughter.

If the entire land has fallen in your share and it is in your name, you can sell it.

If you know the law of not taking consent of the child then why are you putting the question? You better find the reply.
