enjoylife (Querist) 21 June 2011
50 pavn was given at time of marriage, but it was taken back home on pretext of marriage in family,
ie intially it was given at time of marriage but was taken away afterward,

since we did not supect anything ill movtive their is no documentery evidence of her taking it back home.
Kiran Kumar (Expert) 21 June 2011
ordinarily no one maintains any documentary record of ornaments being possessed or used by the wife.

let her make allegation in fact she will have to prove the guilt, sometimes such type of allegations are used as pressure tactics.
Guest (Expert) 21 June 2011
Yes, agree with kiren kumar advise. If she files false statement then you denies it and let them prove.Court can't blindly accept her view.
