REVISION PETITION WAS FILED IN HIGH COURT AGAINST THE ORDER OF HE FAMILY COURT JUDGE. IN THIS MATTER THE ADVOCATE OF THE LADY MISGUIDED HER AND MAKE A WEAK PLANT THAT’S WHY SHE GET RS 500 ALLOWANCE FROM HER HUSBAND AND RS 3000 WAS DEMANDED IN PLANT AND IN LAK OF LEGAL KNOWLEDGE THE LADY ALSO GIVE STATEMENT THJAT SHE WAS EARNING THAT’S WHY COURT PASS RS 500 IN FAVOUR OF HER. PLEASE GIVE THE BETTER ADVICE THAT SHE GET MAXIMUM BENIFET. SHE IS SO POOR.

She is so poor that's why she got less maintenance that's is the problem all over India.

First,hire a good advocate.or hire legal advocate from legal aid department.
Second,prove husband income ,your needs .
