Divorce

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 07 July 2011 This query is : Resolved
Hi All,
I have some query relating to marriage. A marriage took place 9 months back but husband and wife are living seprately and living at their parents home from the last 2 months. Now the incident which took place between both the families have been reported to police(Italaha) by the husband's family. Now the incident is such that husband doesn't want to continue his marriage and his wife wants to come back they are also making threating calls.
Now my question is
1) what should a husband do if they forcefully come to husband's place and leave his wife at his place can he oppose to that on the basis of Italaha which he has made to the police. "OR" on what all ground such a situation can be handled because divorce case can't be filed before 1year.
2)Should I get hide and alongwith should I make another report to the police stating about the threats and stating that due to which i'm going hide and on demand i'll be available as required.
3) With all the above incident they are also blaming my parents for all this and also threating them that they will make false cases against them. Should I also mention it in the statement. What should I do to also protect my parents?

Dear Tajobsindia,

I wonder, when nobody tried to solve the problem of the querist, instead of providing any solution, how you have assumed the query to have been solved when the querist has not declared so? Not only that, you have declared on behalf of several other querists that their queries have been solved without any solution on those queries.

You need to be the querist or approved LAWyersclub expert to take part in this query .
