jurisdiction to file application under section 34 of arbitration act

Hii, colleagues. i am practising lawyer from pune.
The Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council Konkan region ,Thane has passed an order in a dispute between govt and sisi company.(Under The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act,2006 . The transction took place within the jurisdiction of pune.I have following query.
whethere Pune court has jurisdiction to en tertain the application (under section 34 of the Arbitration Act 1996) challenging the order passed by the said council which are established owing to G.R.Maharastra Govt. for certain areas.

No, only the principal court of original civil jurisdiction over the Thane area would entertain the application u/s 34 of the Act.
