Grandfathe property rights

sir,

my grandfather have 2 sons and 2 daughter he gave share to all children except my mother..this is grandfather own earned property.

if my mother claim means any chance to get the share or not?

my mother's brother plan to construct new house in my grand father property..

if my mother put case did they have right to construct or to stop the construction?


legally pls help me and guide..

If it was your grand father's own earned property, then your mother cannot put any case if she was not given any share in the property by your grand father. It is your grandfather's personal wish to whom he wants to give the property. If he had given the property to others but not to your mother, it is his right and nobody can question that. In the facts given by you, your mother cannot succeed.
