My company pays salary regularly on 3rd of every month but from past 5 months it is paying always late it sometimes goes till 25th of the month.I have a bond agreement with the company.I have been inconvenienced by this delay.Can i leave the company on the pretext that the salary is late.Is such a bond enforceable even if it includes training expenses.Thank You

Does the bond provide for such clause? If yes then move on else the bond needs to be seen.

You cannot defy the terms of bond merely on the plea of late payment of salary. However, you can ask your company to pay your salary up to the due date fixed for the industry.
Off course, the tactics of the company can either be to get the terms of bond violated or the financial position of the company would be not sound and the salary would be synchronised with the fund flow of the company.

If no salary is received, you can ignore any condition imposed in the agreement.
In this case, there is a delay. So, you can not breach the agreement conditions.

In addition to his opinion, I would like to give the following informatin: As per Payment of Wages Act 1936,
The wages shall be disbursed--
Where the number of persons employed are less than one thousand: Before the expiry of the 7th day after the last day of the wage period
Where the number of persons employed are more than one thousand: Before the expiry of the 10th day after the last day of the wage period

I do agree with the experts.
Most of the companies intentionally avoiding the salary date,due to many of the employees jumps the Bond.
