Before purchasing Agricultural land from formers. which precautions should be taken under law, kindly explain I am a Junior Advocate.

inspect the record of right from past settlement up to date along with their pedgree to link their inheritance and also inspect 30 years registration records to look upon the fact that no charge is created on the property.
If the seller has also bought the property,trace his seller title since past to date to link chain of title so transferred in all case above both record should be checked upon.The original deed should always be asked for cases nay emerge that property is equitably mortgaged by seller to some institution or bank and also being proposed to be sold by misrepresentation.
