a group has implicated me in false.the court has charged me in many non bailable offence on pvt complaint of group.the trial is set to start .i wish to put in court evidence and document -showing my innocence.are there good cases dcided in sec 227 of cr p c.
can it be possible after hearing ,case may be turned down and group can be declared offender

Listen, CrPC 227 has applicability only if the chargesheet doesnot dislcose the offence.

No proofs are taken at that stage.

Note Evidence it self is the judgment. if your documents substantiate your innocence about the alleged offences you will be freed from the charges.

This is not the proper stage to discuss what ever you have mentioned in your query. You shall have to wait for a long to come to that stage. You are advised to defend your case honestly and effectively at least at the stage of evidence to be brought by complainant against you.
