Crime under 420 and 468 ipc, forgery case

Hi , I just want to know that if someone committed a crime under the above mention section 10 yrs ago but the complainant get now.
he is arrested by police man and now in MCR.
i just want to ask u, should dis person get a bell in this case

Bail is the right of a person, depending upon the facts of the case.

well have you been evading arrest all this time . if crime was commited 10 years ago after investigation the cops must have been hunting for you .

if the facts are as mentioned herein above you wont get bail easily .

if on other hand complaint has been filed now , you should apply for bail .

this matter of regarding transferring of shares.
and cash goes out from his account, he had taken commission for whatever he do.
complaint filed in 2010, just one time police comes his home and next day he has surrender to police. first on date court orders 3 days PCI after that on a next date court order 1 day MCR
what u think can he get beil
