Regarding noise pollution

Hearing on my complain Pollution Control Parishad,Patna,has given a request to our D.M to stop uses of a Generator Set used by my neighbor.But no body is taking action saying this that there is no any hard law against this crime.I want to know is there any criminal law? which compel to user to stop it.

The violator of the order passed by the Pollution Control Board is liable to be criminally prosecuted.
In the alternative you can file writ in the high court for the implementation of the said order.

File a petition under section 133 of criminal procedure code before executive magistrate. Definitely you shall get justice.

Lodge a complaint to the Pollution Control Board then file a case u/sec.133 of Cr.P.C. in magistrate with party added the Pollution Control Board. Failing which you can file a writ petition in High Court with party respondent pollution Control Board.

Pollution control boards have not their offices all over places but SDM is nearest remedy under section 133 Cr. PC so avail it.
