if senior advocate whom you briefed is not willing then engage another advocate . no shortage of lawyers in india .
meetings that have held must be to find a amicable settlement . how is the evidence of 4 persons relevant . your alwyer is best person to advise what evidence in necessary to prove your case

You did not mention about the nature of those meetings nor about the importance of this meetings.
Since your suit is for divorce and not for RCR, I do not see any relevance to prove the outcome of those meetings in the court.

I think the querist wants to bring all those persons in witness box in his support and he has also mentioned their names in his written statement.
If none is coming to court on your request then you may also take help of court and may summon those relevant persons in witness box by summoning of court but beware that they cannot be forced to depose as per your wishes.

Dear Mr. Makkad,
Calling for witnesses through witness summons is little risky, when people are not coming to your rescue without summons, they can feign ignorance about the whole matter.

I agree with Shonee. Any unwilling witness can do more harm than doing any good by providing any help to clear the fog.
