I m from kolkata and i have taken credit card of one bank in kolkata. paid for some time but failed to due to fanacial problem. now the bank put the case in arbritation im new delhi , which is far away and is possible for me attened the same due to financial problem.i could not attend the same but sent one letter to arbritator regarding in ability to appear due to finance and health. they passed es-parte order. pls advise what to do. iwant to seltle the same in kolkata.

Dont worry about Credit card issues if you want if they approach you, then you can settle the same.

sorry mr. narayanan, i did not mean to waste your time.but i m not clear whether it is compulsory to attened the case file faraway from place of act or residincse. it mean one can file anywhere from india to harrse the other person.
