Income earned out of ancistor propert

Sir,

When there is a partion case pending in a civil cout can the income earned out of ancistor property can be enjoined by only one member now defendent in the case. How can the ther members of the joint family take their share from that income.

you file separate petition regarding the money.

Try to add a relief of accounting and realization from that very defendant or file a fresh suit but only when amendments gets rejected.
