Theft from bags

i travel by singapore airlines from ahmedabad to perth australia and the bags are tottaly broken loke and chin the ornaments are stolen the buggage boy of ahmedabad likely suspicios i want remedies from airlines is it possible my tickets are two adults two bags are broken and only jevellery stolen please reply me how can i make complain at concern authority

1. Did you raise this concern at the time of picking your bags?

2. Did you file a complaint in this regard at that time, with Airport Manager?

3. If so, the airport authority is authorized to take all suitable action against airline staff or ground staff. If they don't take any action, you have to file a criminal complaint of theft against Airport and Airlines both.

However, if no report was lodged at that time, you may have to move court for the same for damages, but that would be a civil suit and the success of that can not be guaranteed.

yes while take delivery of your baggies you have to complaint to the airport authority with the witness of your co passenger if possible.
Then you file a complaint against the airlies and airport
If the complaint been filed then asked them to give the copy of FIR
and move further before court

1.you can't complain to airport authority.

2.here totally negligence on part of singapur airlines.

3.here law of austraila would apply.

4.please check with rules and regulations of singapur airlines in their official website.

This is a good case for reliefs under consumer protection act as under it you may be adequately compensated for the damages both tangible and intangible by the erring airlines.

but he have to come india for this and very difficult to prove that cause of action at ahemedabad.
