If unregistered GPA having couple of interest what is validity of section 202 of Contract Act.

power of attorney has been given for what purpose?

is it relating to immoveable property?

If the unregistered GPA relates to IMMOVABLE
PROPERTY,THEN IT IS OUT RIGHT INVALID EVEN IF WITH COUPLE OF INTEREST UNLESS 53 A TPA IS ALSO INVOLVED.

For movable properties section 202 of ICA would serve the purpose.
