Airtel broadband bill is 18200

hi
i am facinf problem regarding bill,my service provide given me 18200 bill of one month(from sep12 to oct-11),they told me my plan hasbeen changed in limited plan,but when they called me n mailed me claerly show it will activated from 11 of oct,but they say 11 of oct,they generate bill so effected in that...
please give me advice and solution,what can i do,can i go to court.

have you taken deatils of your bill
what basis 18,200 was charged?

ask airtle for itemised billing .

analyse the bill .
if you find bill is faulty address complaint to serviceprovider.

i requsted to change plan but they told me plan will activated from oct-11 but they told me activated in sep,

then you send the brief letter to the concern head with the evidence of that mail which you received from their department, if they are not accept your view of reply then you file a suit regarding

yes if non other way then you get remedy by legal action. seek one lawyer and explain it

you have to first build case . if bill is for 18,200 how was figure 18,200 arrived at . ask for deatils of bill.

going to court is no joke . unless you have a good case futile to go to court .

i have many points against company...
1-when they mail me claerly maintain it will activated from 11 oct,then how to convert it in sepetember.
2-on 8 oct. i requsted to termination they told me it will actvated next month.
3- i always told them that i can.t effort last plan of 900 so give me lower plan ,i can't pay more than 600
4- if i am using more data they why they was not inform me.
5- on 15 oct they called me and told to adjust money 5000,if i contine with airtel..
6-how may it possible bill 18200,why they not have limit

you shall need to file appeal before Appellate authority against nodal officer instead of going court.
