Compensation in case of university fault

Sir,
On the ground of state technical university fault, in the form of multi-year delay for M.Tech execution -
1. On what grounds amount of compensation would be decided by court ?
A. I mean salary for which the candidate deserve after completion of degree.If so what job could be standard for deciding such level of salary government / private ? or some salary proof of equally qualified person in private / government ?
B. Losses in form of opportunities loosed due to all these government / private.
C. Family / Social / Professional front which one or all or a combination to decide the amount of compensation.
2. Can it be ask to court to have a regular job in the form of compensation from university / state government ?
"As due to the delay I lost a good opportunity of getting permanent job in the government sector, as the degree was not completed in many jobs I was not able to apply in regular jobs.In one job I was selected as the contracted job but due to absence of qualification I was provided lower priority and I lost that job and the chance of getting permanent there as well ? "
Can the above inverted fact be a ground for claiming the compensatory regular job in government sector ? If not then why as in reality tremendous loss at every front of life I beard just due to university fault ? Is all just due to absence of such law or some other cause ? Kindly let me know..

You have while conceive to many reliefs but have stated too little facts as you have not stated facts constituting fault on the part of university.
In the circumstances stated only a general answer is possible to be forwarded to you to the effect that under law remoteness of damages are not awarded hence short route of jobs claim being conceived by you can not work as let it be any university, at least this much is known to me that universities are products of legislation and are autonomous bodies hence their any fault in any respect can not lead you to claim a government job.
May be perhaps the inverted fact if cogently proved to the satisfaction of court may confer upon you some right of compensation.I use the "may be"because courts may be cautious that awarding any such reluief may flood them with similar petitions which may create difficult impossibilities.

Sir,
Thanks for your reply.The whole matter in short is after putting plenty of written communication in form of personal applications / college official letters / Faxex / Emails / RTIs -PIO /RTI-FAA / Administration Complaint at CM Level /Governor level /Personal Meeting several times is not able to find the awaited results from the university.Finally after trying at every level I am feeling to move in court. After every communication I was not getting satisfactory reply, just a procrastinated reply every time I receive.
Whatever I written I have proper evidence for every fact.In fact university (www.uptu.ac.in) was not able to follow its own ordinance at every level of execution from either it could be declaration of examination schedule or results.Finally after 4 Years I dont have any other option now to get relief.
Now can you suggest anything better ? I would be thankful for your great suggestion.
