as per court orders you are required to pay to pay Rs. 100000 compensation and Rs. 7000 per month maintenance.
you have failed to comply with the order . if you are not in position to pay compensation /maintenace you should file an appeal against court order pointing out that you are un employed and amount of maintenace ordered by court is beyond your budget
you have to consult a local lawyer ,no ready made draft can be provided to you .

Is something more left from your side?
You have merely repeated story and have bored me.
Who had obstructed husband to go to court and put his version there and thereby help the court to reach a right conclusion?
Such person who do not care for law and legal machinery at relevant time and when they face its consequences then on very very later stage remain consulting legal experts.
If such person is not capable to execute court decree, court can recover from him either by way of his civil imprisonment or by auctioning his belongings etc.
He can also file an appeal if he desires so. It is better for him to engage a local lawyer and make faith in him.

section 20 (6)of DV act provides as under
(6) Upon the failure on the part of the respondent to make payment in terms of the
order under sub-section (1), the Magistrate may direct the employer or a debtor of the
respondent, to directly pay to the aggrieved person or to deposit with the court a portion of
the wages or salaries or debt due to or accrued to the credit of the respondent, which amount
may be adjusted towards the monetary relief payable by the respondent.

section 29 Appeal.-There shall lie an appeal to the Court of Session within thirty days from
the date on which the order made by the Magistrate is served on the aggrieved person or the
respondent, as the case may be, whichever is later.

When you will not appear in spite of the knowldge of the case, how long the court will wait for you ? The court's order is rite and there is not any illegality in the order . Appeal and revision lies where there is any irregularity in the order and for that the copy of the order is needed .As far as recovery is concern, you have to execute the order .You consult with a good local lawyer and also provide a copy of the order .
