Hello experts,
Husband filed divorce case under 13 a, after reconciliation failed. Husband filed statement with details of wife's earning and savings. On same day wife filed counter claim for divorce and demanded money that she claimed as her earnings from joint account. Where husband has all details of her salary and that she has no earned that much.
Along with huge amount she asked alimony and list of items that are already taken by her.

Please advise what should husband do to prove all jewels with her, husband filed a police complaint a year back when wife left matrimonial home and did mentioned some jewellary.
Please advise.

HMA 27 can be decided after the decree only and would be a matter of fact and evidence led.

Complaint a year before by husband about taking all jewels by her is circumstantial evidence which would be taken into account deciding the issue of custody of STRIDHAN.
alimony,as told is a matter to be looked while decreeing the divorce.
