Compromise in non compoundable offence

Dear sirs,what is the procedure of compromise in non compoundable offences like 324/325 ipc.who have to move application for compromise,complainant or accused?

the accused has to file petition along with complainant to settle the matter.

I don't think that non-compoundable offences can be compounded at trial court level. It can only be quashed by the High Court, but then my Ld. Friends might be more right, as I am still a student.

The Student MR SONEE is right. Accused has no right to file compounding petition even in compunding cases. Except Mr. Sonee all experts should have considered Sec. 320 Cr.P.C. before giving any reply.
