Manhandling in between two govt. officers of same department & sec 353 ipc

I want to know if two officers of same department posted at different stations (at a distance of about 20 kms ) quarral/manhandling with each other in the office at office hours time, one of them can lodge a complaint against another uss 353/186/332/506 IPc or not.......kindly suggest.Regards

Nice query,My answer is yes but only person can be prosecuted who is not in his official duty.

I want to add more- whether women can be prosecuted for outraging the modesty of another women under 354 IPC ?

both were discharging their official duty.......

my answer/opinion is no on ur query Sir.....bcoz in IPC there is provisions in which women are exempted like 216 ipc, in case wife provide shelter/assistance to her husband ,she will not prosecuted, like this it was the thinking of legislature at the time of law making that some types of offences are never committed by women, ......

THE ONE ON DUTY IN HIS OFFICE CAN IF THE PRESENCE OF THE OTHER IN OFFICE IS UNAUTHORIZED AT THE POINT OF TIME.
