i was read evidence act if both parties agreed to submit the evidence what ever, can produced before the court. once again verified your self.

Read contents of said case diary carefuly and search all concerned D.D.R.s of police-station of that other case and then bring said D.D.R.s in evidence. I have won more then 50 criminal cases by doing so in court.

Mr. Anonymous before making this type of comments think twice. Who gave you authority to say Expert Mr. Satya Mani Tiwari that he does not know anything ? Do you want to learn from a Senior Police Officer what is case Diary ? You are requested to seek apology for making this defamatory comments if you want to avoid any unseen problem.
